Introduction

Welcome to Stanley’s After School Club.

About us:
Stanley’s is situated with the infant school hall at Stanley Park Infant School. The club is run by manager, Sarah, who hold an NVQ level 3 qualification in Early Years and her staff, Elizabeth - who has a level 3 NVQ in Early Years, and Farzanna, who has an NVQ level 3 Early Years qualification.

Opening times:
Stanley’s club is open from end of school to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays.) Both the infant and the junior children are collected by club staff at a designated area in the school.

Routine:
Upon arrival at the club, the infant children are given their tea and then play time begins. The junior children are given the opportunity to play first and have their tea afterwards.

The club provides varied and challenging activities, ensuring that all play opportunities are offered at each session. Each child can choose what they would like to do ans can join in activities, which at all times adhere to both equal opportunities and health and safety. The staff to child ratio is 1 to 8. Due to our current staff ratio and the number of children we are registered for, parents may experience a waiting list for places. For more information, please contact our friendly admin team on 020 8669 1725 or email admin@jancett.co.uk

Activities can include dance and drama, face painting, games and puzzles, outings, recycling, homework, quiet corner, science club, cooking club, creative writing, messy play, quiz days, art and craft and DJ-ing and radio.

What Ofsted say about Stanley’s:
Staff are vigilant in their supervision and are aware where children are at all times. All children are collected from their classrooms, which protects their safety and promotes a sense of belonging to the club." "Children benefit from playing in a spacious welcoming environment where they can move around freely and independently."
