Security
At Playsafe After School Clubs, security is a priority. Our clubs conply with HAS regulations and child protection is paramount and our managers and their staff are responsible, caring and professional individuals.
Security and School Collection:
It is the parent’s responsibility to inform the club manager if their child will not be in attendance. Under no circumstances will a child be allowed to depart from the club unless it is with a previously known or identified person. A member of staff must acknowledge departure of a child. Should a parent or authorised person be unable to collect the child from the club, they must tell the manager in advance the name and identity of the person who will be collecting.
Parents need also inform us of any extra curricular activities the child attends, for example a music class, including the times and name of their teacher.
