What is the Information, Advice and Guidance service and who can benefit from using the service?

If you are a learner, member of staff or a parent or carer with children at our nurseries or clubs and you would like any help in thinking about your choice of career, learning, work and life goals you can talk to our Advice & Guidance Staff.

Our IAG department can offer confidential and impartial advice on all aspects of your training or learning in the workplace and is here to offer you the best possible information, advice and guidance and to help you research all your options and plan your career.

If you are a learner or member of staff that has a concern or any issue affecting you and would like to speak with someone in confidence, you can arrange an appointment with our Advice and Guidance Department by telephoning 020 8669 1725 and asking to speak with Gail.
